bmynet Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bmynet platform (accessible at bmynet.net and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with bmynet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Registration Requirements. To register a bmynet account, you must:

• Not have a previously suspended or terminated bmynet account
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or bmynet

One Account Policy. Each player may hold only one bmynet account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. bmynet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bmynet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bmynet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Account Verification. bmynet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

Account Suspension and Termination. bmynet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Underage gambling or failure to complete age verification
• Violation of fair play obligations

Accepted Payment Methods. bmynet accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the bmynet platform and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the bmynet platform. bmynet reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and game transactions on bmynet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). bmynet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Prohibited Payment Methods. bmynet does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not supported, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by bmynet are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements are fully met
• bmynet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering — will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended

Game Integrity. All games available on bmynet use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. bmynet does not manipulate game results. Published return-to-player (RTP) rates are accurate and reflect the statistical long-term payout of each game.

Fair Play Obligation. Players must engage with bmynet games honestly and in good faith. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play games
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes

bmynet reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through fair play violations and to permanently suspend the accounts of players found to be in breach of this section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bmynet platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the bmynet platform or other users' accounts
• Transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software to the platform
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the platform
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any bmynet content without prior written authorization
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information to bmynet
• Allowing any third party to use your bmynet account

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bmynet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any bmynet content without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on bmynet content
• Use any bmynet trademark, logo, or brand element without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bmynet software

Any unauthorized use of bmynet intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bmynet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Any inaccuracy or error in game outcomes caused by technical malfunction
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information provided on the platform

bmynet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, bmynet reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account balance.

bmynet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on bmynet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
