• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your active bmynet account, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations.

The bmynet platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. bmynet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the data, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required.
